In the deep autumn of November, the first roll of the four roll reversible finishing mill of Jinwei Copper Industry, a subsidiary of Tongling Nonferrous Group, under the general contracting of ROTECH, was successfully rolled. The first roll of rolling not only tested the thermal load test performance of the unit, but also tested the highest speed rolling at once, and the final product has excellent plate shape and strip thickness tolerances.

ROTECH closely cooperated with the Jinwei Copper project team to complete the design, selection, manufacturing, and assembly of the mechanical, hydraulic fluid, transmission, and automation control systems for the four roll reversible precision rolling mill from the beginning of the contract to the on-site installation and commissioning after shipment, which took less than 10 months to achieve the perfect completion of the first roll. The rapid production of this unit will help Jinwei Copper further improve its copper and copper alloy plate and strip technology.
